No. PULSE runs in your browser on your phone or computer. Your streak and best score are saved on the device you play on, so clearing your browser data or switching device starts them again. PULSE+ can be unlocked on another device with the link from the PULSE+ box.
Most runs last one to three minutes. Strong players who clear many rounds will take longer.

Open the PULSE+ box on the device where you subscribed and press Copy link for another device. Open that link on the other device and PULSE+ unlocks there too. Keep the link private, because anyone who has it can unlock PULSE+.
Use the Manage subscription button in the PULSE+ box. You keep PULSE+ until the end of the period you have paid for.
